This signature Grafton Aged Cheddar is made from raw milk and aged for about 2 years and the proud recipient of many cheese awards. Vermont and Cheddar Cheese go hand in hand and Grafton Village Cheese Co. has been part of this cheesemaking community since 1892. Grafton's aged cheddars are handmade using primarily raw Jersey cow milk from small family farms, known best for its high protein and butterfat. This 2 year old Cheddar has won more awards than any other cheese in the company's history.
