Drunken Goat (8 oz.) - a young Spanish goat's milk cheese that is soaked in Doble Pasta Wine for 48-72 hours and then aged for a couple of months
AleHouse Cheddar (8 oz.) - a classic Vermont Cheddar cheese that is submerged in Munich Dark and IPA from the artisan Harpoon brewery, so the full ale flavor is soaked up by the curds.
Duck Liver Mousse with Cognac (5 oz.) - a wonderfully smooth mousse pate, made with duck liver and pork with fine cognac
Salami Barolo (6 oz.) - the richness of the Barolo lingers in this already robustly flavored artisan salami creating a truly complex, bursting flavor.
Chianti Salami (8 oz.) - a salami that's infused with high quality chianti, dry cured and aged to perfection.
Barrel-aged Honey (7.5 oz.) - Trubee Honey ages this raw honey in charred oak barrels that were soaked in whiskey by a legendary southern distillery, producing a rich, smokey honey.
Cabernet Sauvignon Jam (10 oz.) - a jam that has the bold flavor of Cabernet Sauvignon wine with a hint of vanilla.
Marsala Wine Jelly (8.1 oz.) - this jelly truly tastes like wine. The alcohol burns off during the cooking process, but the delicious flavor lingers on into the jelly.
