A fully cooked and ready to serve Honey-glazed ham; it's half a ham that still has a bone and is spiral sliced. Spiral slicing means that the ham is cut down to, and around, the bone for perfectly uniform slices. To separate from the bone, use a tip of a knife to make a lengthwise cut between the slices and bone.
This delicious ham has a sweet honey fragrance and a smoky, applewood flavor. It is so delicately succulent, that you never want to try another ham.
If you prefer it warm, preheat your oven to 275 degrees F. Cover ham tightly with foil and heat 20 minutes per pound, or to internal temperature 120 degrees F. Do not over heat as that may dry the meat.
Refrigerate immediately if you plan to use within 5 weeks. To serve later place in freezer upon receipt, Will keep up to1 year in freezer with no loss of flavor; thaw in refrigerator for 2 days prior to serving.
Each half ham weighs approximately 7.5-8 lbs.
