Acacia honey is a wonderful accompaniment to ricotta, goat's milk cheese and blue cheese. This light transparent honey, produced in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy by award-winning beekeepers, Fabrizio and Pierpaolo Cazzola.
This very popular honey has a delicate color, and a delicate flavor; sugared almond and vanilla. The clear honey does not crystallize easily as it had a high fructose concentration.
Note: Children under the age of one year should not consume raw honey.
