Although it is a classic Italian table cheese and used in everyday cooking, Cacio de Roma is the perfect complement to pizza, pasta, salads and your favorite grilled cheese, Italian style. It can also dress up a wine tasting and pairs well with sweet wines as an example a Dolcetto.
