Caciotta al Tartufo is made with a blend of pasteurized cow's and sheep milk in the Umbria Mountains of Italy, where they have always been famous for truffles. This semi-soft gourmet cheese is aged 60-75 days.

We hand-cut and wrap this cheese in pieces of 1 pound and 8 ounces.
