This Fontal stays tried and true in its wheelhouse. Fontal is a 'Go To' cheese for almost every occasion and pairing. It is a great compliment with its nutty flavor and its semi-soft texture.
The cheese has a yellowish paste, with a mild flavor. At its most basic a table cheese, it can also be melted into sauces, thickly shredded over pasta or pizza, or pressed into a gooey grilled sandwich. The bouncy paste is a bit more supple,mild and sweet. It is a real mainstay and always performs perfectly.
