Orange Vincotto Vinegar

Orange Vincotto by Gianni Calogiuri is a velvety condiment, made from cooking and reducing the grape must from malvasia and negroamaro grapes.

The cooking takes about 15 hours, after which the liquid is aged for 4 years in oak barrels, developing a unique flavor that pairs well with game, grilled and roasted meats, fruit salads, ice cream, fruits and many other desserts and cocktails.

Orange Vincotto does not contain any alcohol, colorants, or preservatives.


Ingredients:cooked grape must of Negroamaro and Malvasia grapes, oranges.
