Gorgonzola & Sweet Basil Pesto

A blend of rich, pungent crumbled, and creamy Gorgonzola is mixed with freshly picked basil, parsley, olive oil, and toasted pignoli nuts. Excellent with a wide variety of pasta. Also perfect folded into mashed potatoes, or drizzled over field greens as a salad course, or use as a dipping sauce for wings.


Ingredients:blended oil (olive/canola oil), basil, Gorgonzola cheese (pasteurized whole milk, culture, salt, rennet), Pecorino Romano cheese (pasteurized sheep milk, cultures, salt, enzymes, whey), garlic, pine nuts, parsley, salt.
