Smoked Salmon Pepper and Garlic

Kendall Brook Smoked Salmon by Ducktrap River Fish Farm is the gourmet epitome of Atlantic smoked salmon and is a mark of unequaled excellence. Always made from fresh salmon, fully trimmed by hand, individually inspected, and with no brown meat and all fat removed. This version is spiced with pepper and garlic.

Ducktrap produces all natural smoked products, using fruitwoods and hardwoods from local orchards and the rugged forest of Maine; a mixture of apple, oak, cherry, and maple to enhance the flavor of each of the products.

Ducktrap River Fish Farm started as a small local trout fishing farm, named for the river into which the Kendall Brook flows, and is now a successful seafood smoking facility in Belfast, Maine.
