These whole gourmet Black Summer Truffles are brushed and free from any soil, then packed in brine and preserved in a water-based truffle juice. Truffles are formed naturally in the ground therefore each truffle may vary slightly in size and color.
They may be used right out of the package, pureed, minced or sliced over pastas, omelets and risottos. The drained juice from the truffles may be ideal for the base of a tangy vinaigrette.
